MAPP Matching
In this area, you will be able to match your clients to either your own profiles or the ONET list of job profiles. There are 2 ways to match, to your own custom Job Profile list or to the full ONET list of over 1,000 MAPP Profiles.
You can MAPP Match your clients either to your custom list of MAPP Profiles or to the full ONET list.
MAPP Matching to your Custom Job Profiles List
Select this options to match your members to your own list of MAPP Job profiles. You will first be asked to select the members you want to match to. You can select one or more from the list. Only those members who have completed the MAPP can be selected.
Once you have selected the clients, you will be asked to select the job profiles. You can select one or more.
MAPP Matching Results
Once you have selected the clients and the profiles, Click Process to get the results.
MAPP Matching Detailed Results
From the list above you can navigate to the individuals MAPP Match results for your client.
MAPP Matching to the ONET List
Select this options to match your members to the full list of ONET MAPP profiles. You will first be asked to select the member you want to match to. Only those members who have completed the MAPP can be selected.
Click on the details button and you will be able to see additional information about the MAPP Match results, including the full ONET Handbook related to this profession.
