1. Sign up for a free MAPP trial. Click Here to fill out a form and let us know who you are. You will then choose a password, and take the 71-question assessment.



2. Review your personal MAPP report. When you have completed the assessment you will be able to view your results online immediately. You will also receive an email with a Word document attachment of your results. (If you did not complete the assessment, or you wish to view your MAPP results, just click here and login)



3. Order MAPP Assessments. If you would like to order and begin using the MAPP program with your clients you can click here to print the Coachville MAPP order form (re-order information is below). The MAPP program is a prepaid program so you can fill out the form and fax or mail it to us with the number of assessments you wish to order and your credit card number or enclosed check.



4. Your MAPP Account. As soon as we receive your order we will set up your account and email your order confirmation and directions to get started. Please allow two business days for account set up.
   
   You will receive key codes to give your clients access to take the assessment through your account. This also insures that each client only has access to take one assessment.
   
   You will also receive directions to login and view all reports in your account through your own online management system. This will help you track which clients have taken the assessment and give you access to results at any time.
   
   When a client takes the assessment you will also be emailed a Word document of their report.



5. Re-ordering assessments. You may re-order assessments at any time by printing the Coachville MAPP reorder form and faxing, or mailing it, to us. Please note that it is a re-order.

A: MAPP is the Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential. It is a motivation-based assessment that pinpoints an individual’s preference toward work tasks, leadership, communicating, learning, and more.

Q: How are other coaches using MAPP?
A: Coaches use MAPP in many ways. Some choose to add MAPP to one of their existing packages with other assessments and tools. We’ve found a lot of coaches use MAPP as a stand-alone and package it with 2 hours of their coaching time for interpretation. Q: I took the assessment and want to log back in to view my results online. Where do I go?
A: You can view your results at any time by going to www.takemapp.com and login with your email address and password used when starting the assessment.

Q: What do I do if I get interrupted and don’t finish taking the assessment?
A: Your work will be saved. Return at any time by going to www.takemapp.com and login with your email address and password used when starting the assessment. You will be able to start answering the questions right where you left off.
