Management Center and Career Center

The Management Center is the "dashboard" for the administrator of the system. This is the place where the company can view MAPP results, create job profiles and perform matching. There are a number of reporting features built into this system. The Career Center is where the employee goes to take the assessment, review his/her results, and match his/her profile to the company's job profiles.
