Career DevelopmentDo you want your employees to take control of their career? Do want your employees to know about other positions in the company and how they "match" to those positions? Do you want to provide your employees career development tools that are easy to use and reports that are easy to understand? We have the answers. By setting up a link on your company’s intranet, employees can take a 20 - 25 minute motivational assessment. As soon as they complete the assessment, they can log into the Career Center to view their results. They can match their results to jobs within the company. They can also match their results to an on-line database of jobs containing over 900 jobs. MAPP reference material is also available if an employee has questions about his/her report. Of course, HR or the MAPP administrator determines what features are available for the employees to see and use. |
